You have worked in various environments, from agencies to freelance work. What would you say are the challenges of these two worlds, and which one would you choose at this moment?
The biggest challenge I faced in an agency was the lack of time to delve into the aesthetics of the projects, as deadlines are usually extremely tight and creativity takes precedence. However, it's an environment that teaches you to be efficient, make quick decisions, and handle more comprehensive campaigns. On the other hand, as a freelancer, you have more control over your creative direction and the clients you choose, but it can be more solitary, and I love working in a team. Not to mention the freelancer fees in Spain, which make you think twice about whether to take the plunge or not. At this moment, I enjoy the balance I have at Device, where I collaborate with a specialized animation team, while also maintaining some flexibility for freelance projects, allowing me to continue learning.
