This course is designed for designers who want to master the key skills of project management, from planning and organization to execution and monitoring. Throughout the course, you will learn to use digital tools, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain clear communication with clients, all while ensuring creative quality at every stage of the project. Ideal for those looking to optimize efficiency without compromising creativity.

Session 1: Introduction to Project Management in the Creative Sector
Course presentation and objectives.

Session 2: Planning a Creative Project
The briefing. Defining objectives, audience, scope, resources, and project timeline.

Session 3: Budget Management and Project Activation
Estimating costs for a creative project. Creating and managing the budget.

Session 4: Project Monitoring and Client Communication
Project delivery and closure.

Requirements

No prior knowledge of project management is required to take the course. It is aimed at individuals who need to enhance their skills in planning and organization, primarily focused on projects within the creative field.

Teaching Team

Throughout her professional career, Georgina has accumulated experience as a Project Manager and Events Producer in branding, communication, and PR agencies, working on projects for over 60 clients in sectors such as sports, retail, pet food, pharmaceuticals, food, automotive, and entertainment. Today, she is responsible for leading the project management team at SUMMA branding, bringing her cross-functional vision to ensure the best coordination and execution of projects.
