Description

Discover how active professionals think and work with this live online course, designed to let you experience art direction from the inside, not just in theory. Across 10 one-hour sessions, you’ll explore real examples, creative processes, and visual strategies, and have the opportunity to ask questions directly to those who practice art direction on real projects. This course is perfect for students and professionals in design, communication, animation, or photography who want to broaden their vision, enrich their visual judgment, and learn to build coherent and intentional visual universes. From graphic campaigns to fashion films, from set design to editorial direction, each session will allow you to discover how a powerful and authentic visual language is constructed. A space to learn, get inspired, and activate your critical and creative eye.

Contents

This course is structured into 10 sessions led by practicing professionals, each sharing their experience and perspectives on art direction applied to different contexts. *Brand imagery, graphic campaigns, and visual storytelling
*The role of the art director in fashion, editorial, and photography
*Cultural references, archival research, and visual investigation
*Art direction and digital design
*Collaboration with photographers, stylists, designers, and clients
*Intuition, method, and criteria in aesthetic decision-making
*Crafting and articulating a strong, coherent visual universe
